eqlx.ai is operated by Can Demir, a sole proprietor trading as eqlx, based in İstanbul, Türkiye. The site is informational. Reading it doesn't create a contract. Forms on this site collect inquiries and route them to eqlx.

Engagements

Any work eqlx performs for a customer is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Scope, price, deliverables, timelines, and warranties are defined there, not here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) settle any dispute, without limiting a right that mandatory consumer law gives you.
