Research and disclosure monitoring

KAP disclosures and broker research arrive all day; the ones on the issuers you hold must be read, summarized in your format, and traced to their source before anyone acts on them.

With the systemEach disclosure on your holdings routed, read, and summarized with every sentence cited; the portfolio manager decides.

1. The work

Today

  1. WatchAnalysts and portfolio managers refresh KAP through the day, before the session opens and after it ends: material events, financial statements, capital changes, dividends, and corrections, alongside the research reports brokers send.
  2. ReadEach disclosure on a holding is opened, its attachments and tables read, and compared with what the issuer said before; the analyst writes a short note in the house format when there is time.
  3. MatchSomeone checks which funds hold the issuer, how close each position is to a fund limit, and which analyst covers it.
  4. DecideThe portfolio manager decides what the news means for the fund and whether to act; the analyst decides what goes into a research note.

With the system

  1. WatchThe agent, with read-only access, picks up every KAP disclosure and research report on your issuers and watch list, sorts each by its KAP type, links a correction to the disclosure it corrects, and routes it.Agentic AI
  2. ReadThe SLM reads the disclosure, its attachments, and the issuer's earlier disclosures, and writes the summary in your house format, every sentence tied to its source page and anything the text does not say marked.SLM
  3. MatchYour holdings and limits, run as code, not a model, show which funds hold the issuer, any position near a fund limit, and the analyst who covers it.Your rule
  4. DecideThe portfolio manager decides what it means and whether to act, as before; the analyst decides what goes into a research note, and nothing reaches an investor from the system.Person decides

What lands on the desk

The manager gets every disclosure on a holding already routed and read, each summary sentence tied to its page, the correction linked to its original, and the funds and limits already looked up. What it means is the manager's.

How the agent's work is arrangedRouter

Router

Every disclosure is one of a known set of KAP types, and each type has its own fixed path (who reads it, which template, which holdings), so one classification step sends it down the right one.

How the models are trained and tested

Your expert writes the test first. A step the test does not need is skipped, and we say why.

Show the training steps

Small language model (SLM)

  1. Test set

300–500 recent disclosures and reports your analysts summarize in your house format, graded sentence by sentence: is each one tied to its source, and has anything been added.

  2. Dataset

Past KAP disclosures on your issuers with your analysts' notes; no investor or client data.

  3. Continued pre-training (CPT)If needed

Only if the base model fails the test on Turkish financial-statement notes and KAP forms.

  4. Supervised fine-tuning (SFT)

On your house format, with a source required on every sentence.

  5. Reinforcement learning (RL)If needed

Only if the test shows unsupported sentences after fine-tuning: a reviewable reward for each sentence its cited page supports.

  6. Retrieval

Retrieval supplies the issuer's earlier disclosures and the report itself; a summary draws only on the sources it cites.

  7. Monitoring

Analysts grade a sample of summaries every week; a new KAP form or house format triggers a re-test.

Where the agentic system stops

The portfolio manager decides what each disclosure means for the fund and any trade, inside the fund's rules and your board's limits; the analyst decides what goes into a research note.

Show its tools, limits, and record
Tools and access
Reads KAP disclosures and their attachments, the research reports you receive, and holdings from fund accounting; read-only; writes only the morning file and the routing to each manager and analyst.
May not
Place or suggest an order, rank or recommend an issuer, predict a price or a return, publish a note, contact an issuer, a broker, or an investor, read a source outside the approved list, or grant itself any access.
Who decides and the written limit
Portfolio managerThe portfolio manager decides what each disclosure means for the fund and any trade, inside the fund's rules and your board's limits; the analyst decides what goes into a research note. The system never places, suggests, or ranks a trade, never predicts a price or a return, never publishes a note, never contacts an issuer or an investor, and reads only KAP, the research you receive, and the issuers' published documents.
Stops when
A disclosure it cannot place in a type, a correction to a disclosure already summarized, a position near a fund limit, or a summary sentence without a source: the item goes to the analyst, marked.
Record
Every disclosure and report read, its route, the summary with its sources, the model version, and who read it and when.

3. Value and conditions

Where the time goes, and what your institution will measure.

Where the value comes from

  1. Every disclosure on every holding read the same morning.
  2. Summaries in your format, every sentence traceable to its source.
  3. Analyst hours moved from reading to judging.

What your institution measures

  • Time from a disclosure to the manager
  • Disclosures on holdings read the same day
  • Summary sentences analysts correct
  • Corrections caught and linked

Measured in the Decision Blueprint

Today's time from a disclosure to the manager, and the disclosures read late or missed, from your research log, set the baseline; your institution sets the target.

Conditions

The rules, the data, and the known error, with its guard.

  • Issuers disclose information, events, and developments that can affect a security's value, price, or investors' decisions (Law 6362 art. 15); inside information is disclosed when it arises, on KAP using its forms, in Turkish, and immediately unless the communiqué says otherwise; a delay is allowed under conditions, and the later disclosure gives its reasons (SPK Communiqué II-15.1 arts. 4/1-e, 5/1, 6, 23/1–2). A disclosure must be timely, accurate, complete, and not misleading, and a matter still uncertain is disclosed with its uncertainty (art. 24/1–3).
  • Issuers answer news or rumors that can move the price, without waiting to be asked; commentary and analysis built on public information is outside that duty (II-15.1 art. 9/1, 9/3). Trading on information not yet public is a crime (Law 6362 art. 106), so the system reads only KAP, the research you receive, and the issuers' published documents.
  • Investment research and financial analysis is an ancillary service of investment firms and portfolio management companies (Law 6362 art. 38/1-c); a portfolio management company starts managing portfolios only with a research unit of enough research specialists (SPK Communiqué III-55.1 art. 8/1-f), bases its investment decisions on reliable reasons, information, documents, and analyses, keeps the research behind its trades at least five years (art. 33/1-f), and may promise no set return (art. 33/1-g).
  • No machine-learning model is needed: the system does not predict prices or returns and does not pick investments. The SLM reads and cites; what a disclosure means, and any trade, stay with the portfolio manager.

We take a month of KAP disclosures on your holdings with your analysts, time each from publication to the manager, collect your house format and watch list, and test the reader on your own past summaries before anything is built.
